Dr. Rida Khadra is a Lebanese physician, entrepreneur, and the founder of the SHIELD Longevity Program. He has a diverse career spanning over two decades, transitioning from clinical ophthalmology to senior hospital management and, ultimately, to establishing his pioneering venture in regenerative and functional medicine. He began his career as an ophthalmologist after earning his M.D. from the Lebanese University and certification from the Jordanian Board of Ophthalmology, practicing at institutions like the United Medical Group and the International Medical Center. Dr. Khadra later pivoted towards the administrative and strategic side of healthcare, taking on significant roles such as Strategic Marketing Director and Director of the Eye Centre at the International Medical Center. He also served as the Chief Executive Business Development Officer at Dr. Samir Abbas Hospital and Chief Strategy Officer at ALMOOSA Specialist Hospital in Saudi Arabia between 2021 and 2022. This executive experience, complemented by an MBA in Healthcare and a certificate in Leading Digital Transformation in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School, provided him with a comprehensive vision of the industry's challenges and opportunities. In 2024, Dr. Khadra founded SHIELD Longevity, an integrated program designed to slow and potentially reverse biological aging through preventive and clinical interventions targeting the hallmarks of aging. The program focuses on multiple pillars, including nutrition, stress management, sleep optimization, hormonal balance, and advanced therapies. Through his digital content and his former program "Al-Hosn Al-Haseen," Dr. Khadra aims to spread awareness and cultivate a culture of healthspan extension in the Arab world.

Dr. Rida Khadra founded the SHIELD Longevity program in 2024, an innovative and comprehensive system aimed at enhancing health and extending lifespan. Dr. Khadra served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at ALMOOSA Specialist Hospital in Saudi Arabia from June 2021 to April 2022. In this role, he was instrumental in developing and executing corporate strategies for one of the region's leading hospitals, enhancing its competitive position and service quality. Before fully dedicating himself to longevity medicine, Dr. Khadra built a successful career as a consultant ophthalmologist. He practiced at prestigious medical institutions in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, including the Beirut Eye & ENT Specialist Hospital and Sahel General Hospital since late 2022, where he gained extensive clinical experience.

Dr. Rida Khadra earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Lebanese University School of Medical Sciences (1986-1994). He specialized in ophthalmology, receiving his certification from the Jordanian Board of Ophthalmology (1996-2001). He furthered his education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (2020-2021). He also holds a certificate in Leading Digital Transformation in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School (2022). Additionally, he has certifications in Functional Medicine from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy Inc., Brand Management, and ROI Marketing.
