Taha Al Assaad is a Lebanese world champion bodybuilder, fitness coach, and social media personality. He began his professional journey in 2008, specializing in physical education and training, and quickly established himself as a prominent athlete in the Arab world. He entered his first competition in 2016, achieving immediate success by winning first place in the Lebanese Bodybuilding Championship, a title he successfully defended for three consecutive years (2016, 2017, 2018). On the international stage, Al Assaad has represented Lebanon in numerous competitions. A notable achievement was his fourth-place finish at the Mr. Olympia Amateur in India in 2017. He also secured first place at the Diamond Cup World Championship in 2019. In 2022, he reached a major career milestone by winning the Mr. Universe championship held in Beirut. At this event, he won first place in the Men's Physique category and was the Overall winner, earning his IFBB Pro Card, which allows him to compete in professional global championships.
