About Abdullah Alalawi

Abdullah Alalawi is a Saudi dentist and influential content creator focused on improving quality of life and self-development. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at King Abdulaziz University, where he was recognized with the Best Intern Award for Communication in 2019. Alalawi combines his medical background with a passion for digital media to deliver purposeful, educational content that inspires Arab youth to adopt positive habits. Alalawi is the founder of the "Masafah Community," a platform designed to bridge the gap between individuals' current and future selves through online workshops and challenges. One of his most notable projects is "The Ninety-Day Routine," a series in which he shares his experiences with forming new habits and their effects on the brain, which he also documented in a book of the same name. He also hosts the program "A Thousand Steps" (Alf Khotwa) on his YouTube channel, featuring inspiring guests and discussing various topics in self-development, mental, and physical health. In addition to content creation, Alalawi launched the "Anta Ana" (You are Me) initiative, a volunteer-based project that connects high school students with university students to help them choose their academic specializations. In 2018, he won first place in the Snapchat category of the "Waai Award," an initiative by the Saudi Ministry of Health to encourage creative health awareness content. He is also a recipient of the Princess Seetah bint Abdulaziz Award for Excellence in Social Work in 2022, and previously won from the same foundation in 2018 for Best Social Work Idea. In 2019, Alalawi was selected to deliver the graduate's speech at the annual commencement ceremony of King Abdulaziz University, acknowledging his academic excellence and positive influence. He also delivered an inspiring talk titled "Let the World Hear Your Voice" at a TEDxKAU event and represented Saudi Arabia as a speaker at the World Youth Forum in Egypt in 2018.
