Alaa Varouqa is a Jordanian chef and entrepreneur who has emerged as one of the most prominent culinary figures in Jordan. She began her professional journey after graduating from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in 2014, honing her skills at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Amman. For nearly four years, until July 2018, she specialized in the pastry department, mastering the art of desserts and baked goods. The year 2018 marked a significant turning point in her career as she transitioned into media, joining Roya TV as a chef on the popular morning show "Donya Ya Donya." This platform brought her widespread recognition and a large fan base due to her innovative approach to presenting recipes. She later expanded her media presence by hosting "The Jordanian TV Kitchen," a program focused on reviving traditional Jordanian and international dishes with a modern twist.
