About Chef Mohamad-Hammoud

Mohamad Hammoud is a Lebanese chef and content creator known as a "Food Artist & Consultant." His passion for cooking began at a young age while assisting his mother, which led him to pursue formal culinary studies. He holds a Swiss Alpine Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Swiss Alpine Center and completed his internships at SANI Resorts in Greece. Hammoud's professional career started in Lebanon, where he opened his own bakery in 2014. However, he was forced to sell it a year later following a car accident that kept him from working for six months. After his recovery, he moved to Kuwait, working as a Chef de Partie at Fol O Yasmine restaurant. He later joined the Kout Food Group, one of Kuwait's largest foodservice companies, as Head Chef and Kitchen Developer for their Cloud Kitchen Oriental Cuisine. With the onset of the 2019 economic crisis in Lebanon, Hammoud temporarily left the restaurant industry. Encouraged by friends, he began posting cooking videos on social media in 2023. He quickly gained widespread popularity for his spontaneous style, meticulous cleanliness, and his talent for simplifying traditional Middle Eastern and international recipes, establishing himself as a leading culinary influencer in the Arab world.

Chef Hammoud gained significant international experience in Kuwait with the Kout Food Group, where he served as Head Chef and Kitchen Developer for the Cloud Kitchen Oriental Cuisine. In this role, he oversaw menu development for globally recognized brands such as Burger King, Pizza Hut, and Burj Al Hamam, honing his expertise in large-scale kitchen management and innovative food concept development. He is distinguished by his authentic and simplified presentation of traditional recipes, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and quality, which has attracted millions of followers. He has been featured in numerous television interviews on major channels like Lebanon's Al Jadeed and LTV, and Jordan's Roya TV, to discuss his career and success story.
