Originally from Algeria and based in the United Arab Emirates, she has established herself as a certified international trainer and legal consultant. Her academic journey began in Algeria, leading her to the UAE where she earned a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Sharjah in 2020. Her doctoral thesis was titled, "Arbitration in Administrative Contracts in the United Arab Emirates: A Comparative Study." Beyond her legal credentials, Dr. Ghenimi pursued further specialization in the United Kingdom, becoming a certified "Trainer of Trainers" in etiquette and protocol. In 2016, she founded the "Nour Al-Ebtekar for Training" institute in Dubai, where she serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board. The institute provides courses and consultations to develop personal and professional skills for individuals and organizations, focusing on diplomatic and social conduct. With over a decade of experience, she has trained more than 1,000 people. Her legal career also includes roles as a legal advisor to businessman Nasser bin Abdullatif Alserkal and for the Mohammed Al-Salman law firm.

She completed her initial university law studies in her home country of Algeria.
