Rita El Helou is a Lebanese Educational Specialist and Emotional Therapist dedicated to supporting and empowering mothers on their parenting journey. With over a decade of experience, Rita focuses on a conscious parenting approach aimed at building healthy, deep relationships between mothers and their children. Before establishing her private practice in 2019, she served as a school principal for eight years, which provided her with a profound understanding of the educational system's challenges and children's needs. Currently, Rita offers her services through one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and her specialized program, "Amouma Waeia" (Conscious Motherhood). She utilizes her digital platforms, such as Instagram and YouTube, to share educational content on emotional intelligence, emotional regulation for mothers, and the development of life skills in children, reaching a broad audience of mothers across the Arab world.

In 2019, Rita El Helou founded her private practice as an Educational Specialist and Emotional Therapist, providing individual consultations and specialized programs to support mothers. A cornerstone of her work is the "Amouma Waeia" (Conscious Motherhood) program, a comprehensive training initiative designed to equip mothers with tools for positive parenting and self-awareness. Prior to her independent work, Rita spent eight years as a School Principal from 2010 to 2018. In this role, she gained extensive administrative and pedagogical experience, overseeing curriculum development and supporting teaching staff and students.
