Born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in December 1993, she received her primary education there before moving to Amman to complete her secondary and university studies, majoring in Pharmacy. Her literary career began with the publication of her first novel in 2017. She continued to build on her success with several other novels that garnered attention in literary circles, including "Fi al-Jarimah Shakhs Mafqud" (Someone is Missing in the Crime) and "Nuskha Makhfiyya" (Hidden Copy). In addition to her writing, Seham founded a literary club named "Multaqa Al-Kuttab" (Writers' Forum) in 2020 to support literary talents.
