Ruba Alzoubi is a professional Jordanian chef and a prominent entrepreneur in the culinary arts. She has gained widespread recognition as a distinguished content creator on social media, where she shares her innovative recipes, which she playfully describes as "rocket" recipes, blending traditional and contemporary dishes. Her influence extends beyond the digital realm; she is the founder of the "Jordanian Steps of Creativity Academy" in Irbid, an institution dedicated to teaching and developing culinary arts skills. In addition to her educational work, Alzoubi is known for her efforts to preserve Jordan's food heritage through her "Hوية" (Identity) project, an ambitious initiative aimed at documenting and reviving over 200 traditional Jordanian dishes. She is also a recognized media personality, having appeared on various television and radio programs, including "Youm Jadded," to share her expertise. Chef Ruba collaborates with leading Jordanian brands as a brand ambassador, including Leaders Center and Al-Kasih. She currently resides in Amman, Jordan.

Chef Ruba founded the "Jordanian Steps of Creativity Academy" in Irbid. Her collaborations include Leaders Center, a leading electronics and home appliance retailer, and Al-Kasih, a prominent food products company, reflecting the trust major brands place in her credibility and influence.
