Launching her career immediately after graduation, she has built a prominent name for herself in theatre, cinema, and television across Lebanon and the Arab world. Bitar has featured in numerous successful television series, notably starring in the Ramadan hit "Al Nar bel Nar" (Fire with Fire) in 2023, as well as "2024" alongside star Nadine Nassib Njeim, and "A' Amal" (With Hope) in 2024. Her portfolio also includes significant roles in productions like "Dofaat Beirut" (Beirut Class), "Beirut 303," and "Al-Hiba." Her talent extends beyond television to international cinema, with a role in Ziad Doueiri's Oscar-nominated film "The Insult" (L'insulte / Case No. 23).
