Farah Bitar is a Lebanese actress and director, born on May 21, 1989. She honed her craft through academic study, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts with a focus on Radio, TV, and Film from the Lebanese American University (LAU) in Beirut in 2010. Launching her career immediately after graduation, she has built a prominent name for herself in theatre, cinema, and television across Lebanon and the Arab world. Bitar has featured in numerous successful television series, notably starring in the Ramadan hit "Al Nar bel Nar" (Fire with Fire) in 2023, as well as "2024" alongside star Nadine Nassib Njeim, and "A' Amal" (With Hope) in 2024. Her portfolio also includes significant roles in productions like "Dofaat Beirut" (Beirut Class), "Beirut 303," and "Al-Hiba." Her talent extends beyond television to international cinema, with a role in Ziad Doueiri's Oscar-nominated film "The Insult" (L'insulte / Case No. 23). On stage, she has delivered memorable performances in plays such as "The Dictator" and "Haki Neswan." In addition to her acting career, Farah worked as a radio host at Voice of Lebanon from 2013 to 2014 and also serves as an acting coach.
