Mahmood Al Durrah is an Egyptian-Canadian IFBB Pro bodybuilder, international coach, and entrepreneur. Born in Cairo, Egypt, on September 21, 1986, he began his athletic career while studying engineering at the American University in Cairo, where he won the University and National championships multiple times. After graduating, he immigrated to Canada to start a new chapter in his professional and athletic life. In Canada, Al Durrah quickly made a name for himself by winning the Canadian Nationals as a middleweight in 2012, an achievement he repeated in 2015. He earned his IFBB Pro Card in 2017 after winning the overall title at the Ben Weider Legacy Cup. His rookie pro year in 2018 was a major breakthrough; he won the Vancouver Pro in the 212 division, which qualified him for the prestigious Mr. Olympia competition—a rare feat for a first-year professional.
