Nusaiba Abdulaziz Almutawa is a Kuwaiti thinker, educator, and a prominent figure in the fields of education, philanthropy, and business in Kuwait and the Gulf region. She is best known as a co-founder of the Al-Ruya Bilingual School (RBS) in 1996, where she serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors and the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board. She has been instrumental in developing an educational environment that integrates Islamic values with global curricula. Beyond her role in the education sector, Almutawa chairs the "Sa'ed Akak Al Muslim" (Help Your Muslim Brother) Committee, which is affiliated with the International Islamic Charitable Organization. This leading humanitarian organization manages extensive charitable initiatives, most notably the annual "Kuwait Al-Khair" charity market, which has been running for decades to support families in need and students. She is also the author of the "Ruya Tarbawiya" (An Educational Vision) curriculum, a comprehensive program for character building and life skills development from a contemporary Islamic perspective, which is implemented in several schools and educational centers. Her activities extend into the business world, where she is the Chairman of the Board of Ruya Tarbawiya Company, a board member of Al-Hamidiya for General Contracting, and the General Manager of Al-Baraha for General Trading and Contracting.
Co-founded Al-Ruya Bilingual School (RBS) in 1996, a non-profit institution that has become a benchmark for bilingual education in Kuwait, serving thousands of students. She has guided the school in obtaining prestigious international accreditations, including from the Council of International Schools (CIS) and Cognia, reflecting its commitment to global standards of excellence. Authored and developed the "Ruya Tarbawiya" curriculum, a comprehensive educational framework focused on building a civilized individual by instilling values, ethics, and life skills. This curriculum is taught in various educational institutions in Kuwait and Egypt, targeting age groups from kindergarten to postgraduate levels. Has provided long-standing leadership as the head of the "Sa'ed Akak Al Muslim" Committee, establishing it as one of Kuwait's most prominent charitable bodies. For over 49 years, the committee has organized the annual "Kuwait Al-Khair" charity market, a landmark humanitarian event whose proceeds support educational and charitable projects within Kuwait. She was honored in the category of distinguished social service providers at the GCC level, recognizing her outstanding achievements and significant contributions to philanthropy and community service.
