Raghad Zamel is a Jordanian entrepreneur and an expert in digital marketing and artificial intelligence, operating between Amman and Dubai. She has successfully transformed her passion for marketing into an influential career, establishing three successful ventures. Her content creation journey began in January 2021, and she quickly emerged as a leading voice in the field. In 2021, she founded Raghad's Academy, an educational platform dedicated to training individuals and startups in digital marketing and social media strategies. She also launched MediaFactory, a marketing consultancy agency focused on providing ad management and content creation services for major corporations. Additionally, she created her own product brand, ByRaghad, which offers innovative tools for planning and growth. Raghad's approach integrates consumer behavioral psychology with AI technologies to create impactful marketing campaigns. Through her educational content and consulting work, she aims to empower a new generation of entrepreneurs and marketers in the MENA region, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Founded Raghad's Academy, which has successfully trained over 2,600 individuals on launching and scaling their businesses using social media. The academy is affiliated with her larger consultancy, MediaFactory. Her success story was featured as a case study in world-renowned marketing expert Philip Kotler's book, "Essentials of Modern Marketing," in 2023. Her journey is now used as a reference in several universities. Raghad is the first CPD-accredited speaker in the MENA region. She also delivered an inspiring talk as a speaker at a TEDxShmeisani event in 2024. Her products under the "ByRaghad" brand have achieved significant success. Her "Your Growth Planner" sold over 1,000 copies within just two months, and her digital product, the "3x Cheerful Interactive PDF," has reached customers in five different countries.

Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Jordan in 2020.
