Mansour bin Abid Al-Salmy is an influential Islamic preacher and Quran reciter from Saudi Arabia, born in Jeddah on June 7, 1983. He gained widespread recognition across the Islamic world for his melodious and deeply moving Quranic recitations, which became popular on social media platforms. A pivotal moment in his life was his story of repentance (Tawbah), inspired by verses from Surah Taha that he heard during a religious lecture. This experience led him to dedicate his life to Islamic advocacy (Dawah) and the pursuit of religious knowledge. Sheikh Al-Salmy graduated from the Department of Aqeedah (Islamic Creed) at the prestigious Umm al-Qura University in Makkah. He has served as an Imam and preacher at several mosques in Jeddah, including Al-Farouq Mosque and Mus'ab bin Omair Mosque. Professionally, he also worked as an Islamic education teacher at the Fifth Model School in Jeddah. He is well-known for his impactful lectures, often delivered in collaboration with his close companion, Sheikh Nayef Al-Sahafi, focusing on themes of repentance, spirituality, and returning to God. In addition to his preaching, Sheikh Mansour is a talented vocalist of Islamic songs (Anasheed), with his piece "Sa'uqbilu ya Khaliqi" (I will come forth, O my Creator) being one of his most famous.

One of his most notable solo lectures is titled "Tariq Al-Tawbah" (The Path to Repentance), a cornerstone of his preaching work. In addition to his preaching, Sheikh Al-Salmy is a prominent religious vocalist (Munshid). His Anasheed, such as "Sa'uqbilu ya Khaliqi" (I will come forth, O my Creator) and "Ayqantu an Allah yajburu khatiri" (I am certain that Allah mends my heart), have achieved massive popularity for their profound spiritual meanings and emotional delivery.
