Muhammad Sbaita, widely known as "Abu Julia," is a Palestinian chef and content creator who has gained immense popularity across social media platforms for his spontaneous and distinctive style of presenting food recipes. Born in Gaza, Palestine, he learned the fundamentals of cooking at the age of thirteen from his grandmother. Before his culinary career, he earned a degree in English Literature and worked as a translator. His professional journey into the culinary world took a significant turn after he moved to London, UK. There, he honed his skills by working for a year and a half in one of internationally acclaimed chef Jamie Oliver's restaurants, gaining experience in global cuisine. He launched his content creation career on August 17, 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdowns, by posting simple and engaging cooking videos. He became famous for his catchphrase "Habaybna Al-Lazam" (Our Dearest Friends). His content focuses primarily on Levantine and Palestinian cuisine, alongside a variety of international dishes, aiming to make cooking an enjoyable and accessible experience for everyone. Recently, he moved to Jordan and opened his own restaurant in the capital, Amman, to serve his popular dishes directly to his followers.

In October 2021, Abu Julia collaborated with the World Food Programme to promote its work in Palestine. He used his extensive platform to support humanitarian causes and give back to his community.
