He began his professional journey in 2006 at the age of 16 with Marina FM, a leading Kuwaiti radio station, after participating in a talent discovery program. He quickly established himself, hosting several highly successful shows, most notably "Al Aghlabia Al Sameta" (The Silent Majority), which became famous for its social and emotional segments that resonated deeply with the youth, and the popular show "Refresh." In addition to presenting, Najem also took on roles as a director and producer at the station.
