Ali Najem AlQumani, born on March 25, 1989, is a prominent Kuwaiti media personality, radio host, and director, widely regarded as one of the most influential young media voices in Kuwait and the Arabian Gulf. He began his professional journey in 2006 at the age of 16 with Marina FM, a leading Kuwaiti radio station, after participating in a talent discovery program. He quickly established himself, hosting several highly successful shows, most notably "Al Aghlabia Al Sameta" (The Silent Majority), which became famous for its social and emotional segments that resonated deeply with the youth, and the popular show "Refresh." In addition to presenting, Najem also took on roles as a director and producer at the station. His style is characterized by improvisation and a direct, personal connection with his audience, which has earned him a massive following. In October 2020, he announced his departure from Marina FM after a distinguished 14-year career. He subsequently transitioned to television, presenting programs such as "Ali Wa Najim" on Kuwait TV during Ramadan 2021 and the game show "Belhefth w Alsoun." Najem holds a degree in English Translation and Linguistics from the Gulf University for Science and Technology, from which he graduated in 2012.
