Mohammed Muzen El Hallani, professionally known as Assi El Hallani, is a comprehensive Lebanese artist born in Baalbek on November 28, 1970. He earned the title "Knight of Arab Singing" for his powerful personality, commanding stage presence, and passion for equestrianism. His official artistic career began at the age of 17 after winning the silver medal for the folkloric category in the renowned talent show "Studio El Fan" in 1988. He honed his talent by studying music for five years at the Higher Institute of Music in Lebanon, specializing in the Oud and Arab vocal techniques. El Hallani released his debut album, "Baytik Qasr," in 1991, followed by a successful career with over 25 albums, achieving widespread fame with songs that blend mountain, Bedouin, folkloric, and romantic styles. Among his most famous hits is "Wani Mareq Mareet," which was a turning point in his career, along with "Mali Saber Ya Nas," "Bhebbik W Bghar," and "Jan Jnouni." Besides singing, he has excelled as a composer for himself and other artists. He served as a coach on the talent show "The Voice: Ahla Sawt" for several seasons and also participated in "The Voice Kids." His career includes performances at major Arab festivals such as the Jerash and Carthage festivals.
