Hessah Yousef Alloughani, born on February 10, 1982, is a distinguished Kuwaiti media personality and television host, widely regarded as one of the most prominent media figures in the Gulf region. She began her professional life as a home economics teacher after studying media for three years. Her transition to television occurred in 2007 with Kuwait's Al-Watan TV, making her debut on the Ramadan game show 'Estareeh'. However, her breakthrough came with the highly popular program 'Banat O Bas' (Girls Only), which ran for several successful seasons, became a hallmark of her career, and solidified her status as an influential host among young women. During her tenure at Al-Watan TV, which lasted until 2015, she hosted a variety of other shows, including 'Sabah Al-Watan' and 'Layali Al-Watan'. Following the closure of Al-Watan TV, Alloughani moved to the official state-run Kuwait Television (KTV), where she continued her successful career, notably as a host of the major variety show 'Layali Al-Kuwait' (Kuwait Nights). Beyond her media work, she is known for her elegant style and interest in fashion. She is a mother to four sons: Hamad, Yousef, Hussein, and Fawaz.
