Maysa Mohamed Al-Tannah, widely known as "Chef Maysa," is a Palestinian chef and entrepreneur from Gaza who resides in Saudi Arabia. Her culinary journey began after marrying and moving to Saudi Arabia at a young age, where she transformed her passion for home cooking into an inspiring professional career. She gained widespread recognition through social media platforms, sharing recipes that blend Palestinian heritage with global flavors in a simple, innovative style aimed at homemakers and a new generation of food enthusiasts. Before her culinary career, Maysa earned a degree in Business Administration and worked in school activities coordination. She later honed her talent with formal training, receiving a "Professional Chef" certification from the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) in Dubai. She founded her own successful project, "Smile Kitchen," and hosted a YouTube series called "Mil Ala Baladi" (Visit My Country), which explored various Arab cuisines. Maysa's influence extends beyond the kitchen; she uses her platform to highlight Palestinian culture, has spoken at industry conferences, and has collaborated with international brands as an ambassador.
