Nancy Ajram, born in Beirut on May 16, 1983, is a celebrated Lebanese singer and artist, widely dubbed the "Queen of Arab Pop." Her artistic journey began at a young age; at just twelve, she participated in the talent show "Noujoum Al-Moustakbal" (Stars of the Future), where she won a gold medal. She released her debut album, "Mihtagalak," in 1998 at the age of fifteen and was exceptionally accepted into the Syndicate of Professional Artists in Lebanon despite being under the legal age. A pivotal moment in her career was her collaboration with producer and manager Jiji Lamara, which led to the release of her third album, "Ya Salam," in 2003. The album's hit single, "Akhasmak Ah," catapulted her to widespread fame across the Arab world. Her follow-up album, "Ah W Noss" (2004), was a massive commercial success that solidified her status as a pop icon. Throughout her career, Ajram has released numerous successful albums, including two dedicated to children, "Shakhbat Shakhabit" (2007) and "Super Nancy" (2012). Beyond her music, she has served as a judge on popular talent shows like "Arab Idol" and "The Voice Kids," mentoring a new generation of artists. Ajram is also a prominent brand ambassador for global companies, most notably Coca-Cola and Tiffany & Co.
