Hala Rajab, born on February 16, 1987, is a Syrian actress known for her diverse roles and ability to portray complex characters in television drama and cinema. She graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus and began her artistic career while still a student, participating in the popular comedy series "Bقعة ضوء" (Spotlight) in 2011. However, her true breakthrough came in 2013 with her roles in the series "Yasmine Atiq" (Ancient Jasmine) and "Sukar Wasat" (Medium Sugar), which introduced her to the audience as a prominent talent. Her career has since included a wide range of successful series, most notably her role as "Jamila" in the famous Damascene drama "Bab Al-Hara" (The Neighborhood's Gate) in its sixth and seventh seasons. She has also delivered memorable performances in works such as "Enaya Moshadada" (Intensive Care, 2015), "Masafet Aman" (A Distance of Safety, 2019), "Mamalic Al-Nar" (Kingdoms of Fire, 2019), "Khareef El Oushak" (Lovers' Autumn, 2021), "Maa Waqf Al Tanfeez" (With a Stay of Execution, 2022), and both seasons of "Al Arabji" (The Coachman, 2023 & 2024). In cinema, she appeared in the film "The Father" (2015) directed by Bassel Al-Khatib and "Ghost Trail" (2024). Hala Rajab is married to Syrian actor Yazan Khalil, and they have a son named Taym.
