Mustafa Al-Abdullah is an Iraqi artist, music video director, and producer, born in Baghdad on October 4, 1989. He is considered a pivotal figure in the modern Iraqi music industry and is the founder of the production and distribution company Star Casablanca, a leading platform for launching young talent from Iraq and the Arab world. Currently based in the United Arab Emirates, Al-Abdullah began his career by combining singing, directing, and producing. He honed his artistic vision by studying film directing at the Abu Dhabi Film Production Institute. His breakthrough came with a series of successful singles, starting with "Bas Hawa Hobbi" with Ali Jassim and "Kelesh Kta'at Wayay" with Mahmoud Al Turki. However, his most significant success was the 2018 mega-hit "Ta'al," a collaboration with Ali Jassim and Mahmoud Al Turki, which surpassed 500 million views on YouTube and catapulted him to fame across the Arab region. Through his company, he has produced and directed works for prominent artists such as Redha Al-Abdullah, Haitham Yousif, and Sattar Saad, actively shaping the contemporary Iraqi music scene.
