Shujoun Al-Hajri, widely known as "Shooj," is a prominent Kuwaiti actress and television presenter, considered one of the most famous stars of her generation in the Arabian Gulf. She began her artistic journey at the very young age of six, participating in children's television programs like "Al-Sawayah Um Owaina" and "Television Al-Atfal" with the renowned media figure Mama Anisa. She entered the world of acting in the late 1990s with minor roles in series such as "Steps on Ice" and "Love Comes Late." Her breakthrough in television drama came in 2002 with her role in the series "Thaman Omri" (The Price of My Life), which brought her widespread fame. Following this success, she took on a series of memorable roles that resonated with audiences, most notably in "Zawarat Khamis," "Umayma in the Orphanage," "Umm Al-Banat," "Saq Al-Bamboo," and "Athraa."
