Ali al-Khalidi, full name Ali Abdul-Khaleq Abdul-Rasoul al-Khalidi, is a prominent Iraqi journalist and television presenter, born in the Basra Governorate. He began his professional career in late 2008 in print journalism before transitioning to broadcast media as a sports correspondent for Al-Iraqiya channel from Basra. He later joined Al-Baghdadia TV, where he worked on news programs and reports, focusing on public interest stories and interviewing officials. Al-Khalidi gained significant recognition for hosting the candid camera show "Khln Boka" on Al-Baghdadia TV from 2010-2011 and "Balbala" on MCP Music. His career saw him move between several channels, including Dijlah TV, before he joined Al-Sharqiya TV in 2018. At Al-Sharqiya, he became widely known for his humanitarian and social program "Kalam Al-Nas" (People's Talk). In April 2019, he was appointed as the director of Al-Sharqiya's office in Baghdad. Other notable programs he hosted include "Al-Jaish Al-Abyad" (The White Army), which honored medical staff, and "Rehlat Al-Omar" (Journey of a Lifetime). In addition to his media work, al-Khalidi has also participated in theatrical productions such as "Masaj Al-Khair" and "Jakjaka".
