About Issam Alnajjar

Issam Alnajjar is a Jordanian artist and musician of Palestinian origin, born in Amman on May 12, 2003. He achieved extraordinary global fame at the age of seventeen with his 2020 breakout single, "Hadal Ahbek," which became a viral phenomenon on TikTok, topping global streaming charts. This led to Alnajjar being signed as the first artist to the newly launched Universal Arabic Music (UAM), a joint venture between Universal Music Group and Republic Records, in April 2021. He released his debut studio album, "Baree?", on October 1, 2021, featuring 14 tracks. He followed this with an EP titled "Waray" in July 2023. Alnajjar is known for his unique blend of Arabic and Western pop influences, a style he has dubbed "A-Pop."
