Osama Elhady is a versatile Egyptian artist, distinguished as an actor, singer, composer, and director, who has successfully built a diverse career blending independent music with mainstream television and film. Born in Mansoura, his artistic passion emerged early, leading him to start his musical journey in 2008. He began with the band "050," named after the area code for Mansoura, before establishing his own project, "Osama and The Band." He gained widespread recognition in 2012 after performing the hit jingle "3ashan Lazem Nekoon Ma3 Ba3d" for a major Mobinil advertising campaign, which served as a significant launchpad for his career. In 2017, he released his debut album, "Yawman Ma Hateer" (One Day I'll Fly), which showcased his unique musical style. Elhady's talents extend beyond music. In 2017, after attending several acting workshops, he ventured into acting. His official debut was in 2018 with the role of Yassin in the second season of the series "El Ab El Rohy" (The Godfather). He continued to take on diverse roles that highlighted his acting range, participating in prominent series like "Kalabsh 3" and "Lams Aktaf" in 2019. However, his breakthrough role came in 2021 as "Shamba" in the acclaimed series "Leabet Newton" (Newton's Cradle), starring alongside Mona Zaki and Mohamed Mamdouh. He also achieved significant success with his role as "Taher" in both seasons of "We Bayna Miead" (2023-2024), in addition to other works like "El Meallem" and "Hekayat Group El Dofaa." Alongside acting and singing, Elhady is also an experienced director, having directed many of his own music videos.
