Deema Bayyaa is a Syrian actress from a prominent artistic family, born in Damascus on December 3, 1978. Her mother is the renowned actress Maha Al Masri, her father is the director and cinematographer Hazem Bayyaa, and her aunt is the actress Salma Al Masri. She was raised in the United Arab Emirates until the age of sixteen, after which she returned to Syria and earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. Bayyaa's artistic career began in 1998 with the support of her mother. Her debut role was in the television series "Al Kawasir," directed by Najdat Anzoor, which served as her breakthrough in the acting world. Her talent shone brightly through her portrayal of "Susu" in the popular social drama "The Four Seasons" (Al-Fusul Al-Arba'a), a role that endeared her to Arab audiences. She subsequently starred in numerous successful dramas, including "Asrar Al Madina" (City Secrets), "Sabaya," "Ala Hafat Al Hawiya" (On the Edge of the Abyss), and "Law." In addition to acting, Bayyaa has ventured into television presenting, hosting the program "Food, Words, and Wisdom."
